Who I help
iGaming / high-risk operators & CMOs
You need growth in a restricted category mainstream agencies won't touch: new GEOs, channels that survive compliance, funnel economics instead of vanity metrics.
Founders of gaming & entertainment studios
The product exists, the growth doesn't. From a funnel audit to a fractional growth partner working inside your team.
Pre-seed / seed founders — AI, content, creator economy
You're heading into a raise: narrative, deck, unit economics, intro strategy — from someone raising his own round right now.
Funds & agencies
You need operator-level expertise in gaming, iGaming, web3, CIS or LatAm: expert calls, due diligence, a second pair of eyes on the deal.
Not a fit if
- You need a full-time employee — I work in scoped engagements.
- The budget is "after the results" — everything here is prepaid.
- You want a cheerleader, not an operator — I'll tell you when the plan doesn't add up.
How I work
Operator, not advisor. I don't advise from the sidelines — I've built it myself: 6 startups, P&L, cashflow, teams up to 80 people. Every recommendation has already survived my own mistakes.
Funnel economics is the only KPI. CAC → ROI → LTV → retention. If a metric doesn't move money, it's not on the table. That's the standard at Confluence.
Compliance-aware growth. Growth in regulated niches without the landmines — I've personally walked a studio through an MGA audit, talking to the regulator directly.
Transparent pipelines, predictable delivery. Executive-producer discipline: planning you can see through, dates that hold. At Nival that meant cutting unit costs by 50% with no drop in output.

What clients say
We launched a gamified project for 1inch — still a startup back then — with Kirill and his team in 2021. While other teams asked for a month just to write a spec, we had a working prototype in two weeks. A week before commercial launch we play-tested the mechanics with a live audience and still had time to make the core loop more fun. All done by hand — no AI to lean on back then.
In 2024 I moved to a new country and had to rebuild my practice from zero. Kirill shipped my landing page in a couple of days — structure, copy, booking forms, SEO in three languages. It now brings about 1,000 visitors a week and is my main source of new clients.
We started working with Kirill in late 2024, when I'd hit a scaling ceiling. Within a year the business grew almost tenfold. Of course the growth is my own work — but with Kirill it was organic and manageable: every step made sense.
Kirill and I have worked together across different projects since 2011. His superpower is turning a raw hypothesis into an offer you can put in front of a client — at Confluence this is how we shape new business lines and pitch them to top players in our vertical.
Kirill and I have crossed paths in projects for almost twenty years — and after all that, we're building together again, now at Kujo AI. His role: catch a creative hypothesis, fit it into the strategy, prioritize it, and carry it to launch. Nine ideas out of ten die in conversations — with Kirill, they ship.
